Doug Rutherford-General Manager Doug is a native Iowan and a former
Motorolan. He had 17 years with Motorola: 5 years in Land Mobile Division and 12 years
with the subscriber Paging Division. His last assignment was as a District Manager in
Subscriber Paging before leaving in 1997 to help form EPPI. Doug is married and has two
young children that keep him busy away from work. He has a passion for music, travel and

Steve
Kauer-Inventory Steve has been with EPPI since 1998 and in the paging industry for over 10 years working for major Radio Common
Carriers in Iowa. He is the son of a retired Air Force Master Sergeant and grew up in many
different and exotic locations. He is married and has two children. Steve enjoys family,
fishing, camping and cars.
Lori Herrera-Office Manager
Lori has been with EPPI since 2007. Lori was an executive office assistant and bookkeeper for
the Masons of Iowa at the Grand Lodge of Iowa in Cedar Rapids for four years. Prior to that, she owned
and operated her own bridal shop in Anamosa, as well as eleven years in the insurance industry with
Principal Financial Group. Lori is single and has three sons and seven grandchildren. She loves to travel
and has been to France, Mexico, Bahamas, Hawaii and many points in between. Her passions are music and
